Governing Law, Venue and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States. Disputes must be discussed informally with The Norris Group for at least 30 days prior to any arbitration or court claim. All disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration or in small claims court in Sebastian County, Arkansas. You waive class action rights and agree all claims must be individual.

Arbitration demand must be filed with the AAA within ONE (1) YEAR of claim arising or the shortest period permitted by law.

International Users

Non-U.S. users agree that U.S. law governs their access and use.

Miscellaneous

By using our Properties, you warrant you are age 16 or older. Accounts may be terminated if you are under 16. If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the rest remain valid and enforceable. This Terms of Use is the entire agreement and may only be modified in writing signed by both parties.

Warranty Disclosure

The Norris Group LLC and its brands (including Sirron and Norris Material & Supply) offer services including real estate development, supply of construction materials, concrete construction, and dirt work. For any warranties applicable to purchased materials or construction work, please refer to individual purchase agreements or project contracts. Unless expressly stated, projects are accepted “as is.” The Norris Group does not warrant pads or foundations unless specified in writing. Consequential and incidental damages are excluded to the extent allowed by law. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing before expiration and after acceptance of delivery/completion.
